Step 1 - Double-click on your text layer in the layers window.

Try not to click on the layer name, as this will let you change the layer name instead.

Step 2 - Change the stroke structure size.

Do this by selecting the 'stroke' option under 'styles', then move the size scrollbar left or right. When you're finished choose 'OK'.
